Contract and Procurement Executive
A Contract & Procurement Executive in property / construction industry accountable for pre and post-contract management, monitoring materials and construction cost, site valuation, variation order and final accounts throughout the projects.
Core Roles
- Project Planning, implementation and progress monitoring - Tender/contracts review, drafting agreements, preparing tender and contracts documents, negotiation with sub-contractors, contracts administration and drafting contractual correspondences.
- General site management and progress claim and contractor payment processes.
- Review of consultants' design and assist in the development process.
- Submit and follow-up with local authorities on approval for planning, building plan and Certificate of Fitness.
- Organize and participate in site meetings and reviews inspection schedules.
- Coordinate, liaise and attending meeting with Consultants and Contractors to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Keeping of necessary records and job files and maintain good administrative records control.
- Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management.
Requirements
- Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveyor.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in Property Developer or Construction Industry.
- Able to read and understand all construction drawings related.
- Familiar with construction terms & conditions contract terms.
- Good understanding of MS Office, AUTOCAD knowledge.
- Able to work independently and self-initiative.
- Pleasant personality and able to interact with people at all levels.
- Possess own transport and able to work in Seremban Forest Heights.
